FB post claiming Taguig illegal campaign accurate

Online location verification bears out the claims by a social media user of “illegal” campaigning “right outside” a Taguig polling place.
The Facebook post said campaign materials were being distributed “right outside polling places Ususan Elementary School and R. Papa High School along M. Almeda and N.P. Cruz streets in Barangay Ususan, Taguig.”
It added, “This is illegal.”
A screenshot of one of the videos in the post, analyzed alongside a Google Maps Street View image, shows the campaign materials were being distributed around 11 meters away from the polling site.

This falls within the 30-meter-radius from a polling place set by Section 261 of the Omnibus Election Code, inside which election-day campaigning is illegal:
Any person who solicits votes or undertakes any propaganda, on the day of election, for or against any candidate or any political party within the polling place or within a radius of thirty meters thereof.
Penalties for violators include imprisonment between one to six years, disqualification to hold public office, and deprivation of the right to suffrage.
Political party found guilty shall be “sentenced to pay a fine of not less than ten thousand pesos.”
